UX audit and redesign of KD Garden

As a UX designer, I had the opportunity to work with KDGarden, a leading reseller of pumping technology and irrigation systems in Slovakia. My task was to create a simpler and more intuitive design for their e-shop, driven by consumer behavior. To achieve this, I closely monitored user interactions using Google Analytics and Hotjar, identifying areas for improvement. With these insights, I designed a new user-friendly e-shop and conducted an audit to compare it with the original design.
